How we work

Step 1
Intake
We start with a small intake session to assess your current way of working and how it is configured in your tools and processes. Based on the intake, we get a good picture of your current situation so we know what the next steps are. Using our years of MSP experience, we can generally already make targeted recommendations for some quick wins.
Step 2
Defining goals and action
Based on the intake, we define goals and actions together. For this, we use our framework for optimization. This framework is the result of more than 150 implementations and optimizations across various tools, always updated according to the latest MSP best-practices and compliance standards. Your customized program is created based on the scope for the first term and the consultant’s assessment.
Step 3
Kick-off
After we set our goals and milestones, we assemble the project team and conduct the kick-off. During the kick-off, we brief the project team. We go over the goals, project plan, initial actions and finalize how the collaboration will take place.
Step 5
Go-live
We determine the go-live date together. Prior to the go-live date, we double-check everything to make sure everything works as intended. Dxfferent can also provide customized training for your employees. The focus of the training is on informing and guiding the engineers in the new way of working. In this way, we ensure a smooth transition.
After the go-live, we check if the transition has been implemented correctly and if everything works as it should. If necessary, optimizations and adjustments are made.
Step 6
Optimizing
If you want more, we can continue the transformation and address virtually all aspects of your MSP. The areas we focus on are: Data-driven decision making, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Identity, Professionalism, Portfolio, Positioning, Scalability and Technology. We have in-depth knowledge of IT Glue, Autotask, compliance, Power BI and Datto RMM to implement these areas.
