FAQ
Do I need programming experience?
No. Claude Code works with natural language. The builder on your team needs technical affinity, but doesn't have to be a developer. We teach you the method to get from idea to prototype.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. You learn the 3-zone model: sensitive data only goes to a local model, not to the cloud. After the workshop you know exactly which data can go where, and why.
What do I take home after the workshop?
Working prototypes, a configured Claude environment for your MSP, data classification per zone, a 90-day roadmap, a workbook with all materials, and a Claude-AI Essentials certificate. Follow-up differs per package.
How many attendees per workshop?
A maximum of 8 MSPs (16 people). Small enough for personal guidance, big enough for dynamic discussion and knowledge sharing.
Do we also work with local AI models?
Yes. During the workshop we demonstrate how to process sensitive data locally. Depending on available hardware you either work hands-on with a local model or learn the approach so you can set it up yourself after the workshop.
Can I cancel?
No, after registration your participation is final. You can send a replacement.
Is pricing per person or per MSP?
Per MSP. The price is based on 2 attendees. Coming alone? You get EUR 2,500 off. Want to bring a third colleague? That's possible for an extra EUR 2,500.
What if I already have a specific idea?
Even better. In the intake we cover what you're running into. During the workshop you work on your own case with guidance from our team. No idea yet? Then pick one of our proven building blocks.
